Joining us

You can play at Bingo Billy from the age of 21. Each person registers only once and must give correct details, because we send payouts using the information you gave when you signed up. When you create an account, we e-mail you a unique Account ID. Keep it and your password somewhere safe, and change the password in the Player's area as often as you like.

Deposits

The smallest deposit is £30, and you can top up your balance at any time from the Players Area. If a card payment is not completed or is charged back, we hold your account activity, winnings included, until the matter is settled. Reloading a deposit page counts as misuse of our cashier, and we are not liable for any overdraft costs that follow.

Withdrawals

You can ask for one withdrawal in any seven days, from your winnings balance only. Bingo withdrawals run from £100 to £1,000, casino withdrawals from £100 up to £500 a week and £1,000 a month, and the combined maximum is always £1,000. Your winnings must come from at least one £30 deposit made in the last 30 days, and more than 72 hours must pass between a deposit and a withdrawal. We process requests from Monday to Thursday; requests made after 6pm ET Thursday and before midnight on Sunday are declined, so please ask again on Monday. A deposit made while a withdrawal is pending cancels that withdrawal.

Identity checks

Before we approve a withdrawal, we verify your identity. We may ask for a photo ID, a recent proof of address, a phone number we can check by SMS and, where it applies, both sides of the card on your account. Send the documents from the e-mail address on your account within four weeks of our request. Approved documents normally stay valid for one year.

Bonuses

Bonus funds carry wagering before you can withdraw. With a sign-up deposit bonus, bingo-only play means wagering the bonus plus deposit 3.5 times, and casino games mean 30 times. Members whose lifetime withdrawals are higher than their deposits cannot claim deposit bonuses. A request to withdraw removes any bonus money and bonus pre-buys from your account.

Fair play

Our bingo games are built to be fair to every player. Working together with other players to influence a game, using tools that share game information in real time, or using a glitch to build up winnings leads to voided winnings and can close the account. Wins above £5,000 are audited by the game provider.

Chat rooms

Our chat rooms are for friendly play and chat games. Treat other members with respect and keep language clean; repeated breaks of the chat rules can cost chat access for 24 hours or for good.

Your responsibility

Play only where online bingo and casino games are legal for you, and keep track of any taxes on your winnings. We keep your identity confidential and do not report your play to anyone on your behalf. Our agreement with you is governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
